Does Xfinity Send Techs Out To Work On In Wall CAT5/6 Infrastructure? Residential. At Customer Expense.
Hello,
I'm needing someone to come to a home and terminate/trace two CAT5/6 cable runs. It has proven difficult to find someone who wants to work on a residence. Orlando area. Ideas?

That is a great question @user_donk4a We currently do not have a service to work on customers in home wiring. You would need to seek a provider that does.

You will need to hire a local contractor, such as a low-voltage electrician. Comcast also refers to a service company with which they have partnered. See this article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/hellotech-overview
