Does xfinity have managers that call you ?

How can one get an actual xfinity manager--someone in a higher position than the person in charge of the callers that day?

When you can customer service they are all over the place. You could call ten times in a row and you would get ten different answers for the same question.

I did xfinity DM and asked for a mgr to call me--nothing--except thanking me for my persistence on the matter and to call customer service.
