Does Xfinity ever match or attempt to match competitor prices?

I have been an Xfinity customer since 2020.  I love my internet service.  But I am currently paying $108 per month for 300 mbps internet service.  Frontier just offered me Fiber 1 gig internet for $49.99 per month or 2 gigs for $64.99 per month.  Like I said, I am very happy with Xfinity and do not want to switch.  But I am currently paying more than twice the price for significantly less mbps.  Will Xfinity offer me a competitive deal?  And if so how can I get in touch with someone via email or chat?
