Does the Internet Data usage Courtesy Month have a limit?

I'm moving data from an external hard drive that I'm concerned may fail to another external hard drive that is backed up to the cloud.  I'm currently close to the 1.2TB monthly limit, and I have about another 2TB to move. Is there a limit for the Courtesy Month?  Can I go above the 1.2TB by another 2TB during the Courtesy Month?

Hello @ggibas45 and thanks for bringing this concern to us here at the Xfinity Community Forums. I appreciate your questions about using over the 1.2 TB of data provided monthly. You can find more information on this subject here: What will happen if I use more than 1.2 Terabytes in a month?

As stated in the article, you will not be billed the first time you exceed 1.2 Terabytes (TB), while you are getting used to the Internet Data Usage Plan. This means that the first month you exceed 1.2 TB you will not be charged for overages, no matter how much you use during that month. You will only be subject to overage charges if you use more than 1.2 TB for a second time in a 12-month period.

I hope this helps and please let me know if you have any additional questions!
