Does live agent exist?

How do I contact a live agent to find a new promotion to sign a contract or cancel service? There is no option to transfer to live agent when calling the 800 number.

 • Click the "

 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
