Does Customer Service still exist at Xfinity?

I've been trying to talk to a real person at Xfinity for well over a week but can not get by the automated messaging. There is no option to talk to a real person anymore. How can I go about talking to a real person?

You can't physically talk with a real person here, however we are real people.  If you will post your issue here an official employee from the Corporate office will reply.  Please leave out any personal identifying information, such as your name, address, phone #, email address, etc.

We are already off to a bad start if this is the opening question you have. I’m not interested in wasting my time if this is how things are going to go. I’ll  find another avenue to get some answers.
