Does Comcast provide a military discount?

I am looking for a clear answer here. Does Concast provide a military discount on internet service? Is it a monthly discount? Phone reps, chat reps, all say something different. If Concast doesn't provide a military discount, I would like to know why not? Verizon Fios does.
