Hello @user_37e5fc, and thank you for reaching out about our services and cost options. Almost all customers on Snap qualify for our Internet essentials program, and the ACP benefit program that covers the full cost of that service. That would be considered free internet given you pay nothing a month, but you would have to qualify for the programs. Again, very rarely do our customers on Snap not qualify for these. As for the cable, I'm not sure what you would be referring to. We do have our Flex service that is no cost monthly, and does include Peacock which provides content to view. The box also allows you to view other streaming services you subscribe to like Netflix. It's not cable service though as it's all streaming.
