Do real people work there?

I have been trying to activate an unlocked phone. Your system doesn't seem to understand people have those. Then looking at my bill you have my phone type wrong! I've tried using your system and it tells me my phone isn't compatible. It's the newest version! I can't get a real person to talk to, I can't go to a store. I will go to another carrier if I have to! I've been in customer service for over 40 years, never have I seen a large company this uncaring, and disorganized. You should be ashamed.
