Do not.

Phones font work internet cuts out and have to have a technician out every other week. They lie on the phone in-store personal will agree.

To do that, I’d like to take a closer look at what’s been happening with your services and the previous visits so we can figure out why this hasn’t been fully resolved. When you have a moment, could you share:
  • Are both the phone and internet going out at the same time?
  • Roughly how often this has been happening (you mentioned every couple weeks, has that been consistent)?

From there, I can dig in and work toward a more permanent solution rather than just another temporary fix.
