DO NOT USE
This company refuses to cancel my account, I haven’t used their service in almost two months and they continually bill me and put fees on my account when I return the payment with my credit card provider. They add late fees as well, I am not paying since we don’t even live at the unit that we used this service for. I called three times to cancel it and every time they have sworn to me that I am all set and it’s cancelled. Yet they continue to charge me. And they continue to call and try to get me to increase my service and pay for more when I don’t even use it in the first place. I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau regarding this and am in contact with my local legislator and will be taking it up with both parties since this clearly will not be resolved between me and Xfinity.

Moving is already a massive undertaking, and the absolute last thing you need is to be billed for services at an address you no longer live in @user_nm3lrk!
If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, let's get this sorted out once and for all!
To send a Direct Message:
Ensure you are logged in
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
