DO NOT GET XFINITY CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS DEAD

They switched to a [Edited: Inflammatory] automated system that won't connect you to a human if your life was depending on it. And the system is as helpful as getting [Edited: Inflammatory]. 

25+ years a customer and i finally have to admit that they don't care about existing customers. Hints why they don't invest in paying human operators and the price cost an arm and leg once promo period ends
