DO NOT fall for the promo deals

DO NOT fall for the promo deals given via chat page.  I'm an existing long-time customer.  Found an error on my bill so I contacted customer service via chat.  Long story short, the only way to correct their error was to sign on for a new promo deal.  It was an awesome deal.  I electronically signed everything and prepaid all the fees right then.  Well, my bill never updated online.  I called customer service and explained the situation and informed her that I had saved the entire conversation with what I agreed to.  She told me tough luck and would not honor it.  She said he was not authorized to give me that deal and that I was stuck.  I asked to speak to her supervisor, so she put me on hold for about 20 minutes.  she came back on and said they were busy and forced me to agree to a callback within 1 hour.  That was about 33 hours ago and I'm still waiting.  The internet itself is more than adequate for my needs though.  The mobile service that was bundled in my new deal is horrible.  I have had it for about 3 days, and it has dropped 17 calls on me.  And I live in a metro area, not out in the sticks.  DO NOT believe the promo deals and DO NOT use the cell service.
