Do live humans work there??

I have never known a company with worse customer service than Xfinity. Worst customer service on the face of the earth. I have yet to figure out how to actually reach a human. It's absolutely ridiculous to pay what we pay for service and have absolutely no customer support.

Your virtual assistant doesn’t get you to a real person. The only way I got a person was the tell the virtual assistant I wanted to cancel service. A real person was on within 60 seconds. That’s was after getting the run around with the virtual system for two hours. If we had another option for an Internet company we would be switching
