Do I need to return my cable card?

I cancelled my cable service today and forgot to ask the representative about returning my cable card. I know Xfinity is phasing out support for these. Do I need to return the cable card?

@user_vj9nj2 Welcome to our community forum! Thanks for reaching out so we can answer all your questions about equipment returns. You will not be charged for not returning your cable cards. Any other equipment can be returned at your local UPS store or your nearest Xfinity service center. Make sure to use the link to schedule an appointment to save time waiting in line.
