Do any humans work at the company any more

I have been trying to get hold of a person for over twenty four hours. When I finslly did get hold of 1 person i was told they needed to call me back but I never got the call back.I needed to resolve my issues. I lost all service at my house and your ai system is horrendous. It promises call backs and then sends a text saying the call back won't happen due to errors in your system. It tells me my cable is working fine.And all my services including internet are out. The hold time to get a human  was over an hour and it kept hanging up on me. Now I'm being told my only option by the ai is an appt four days out which is unacceptable and no troubleshooting has been done by the company yet. As much as you gouge your clients you would think that you guys would try to do some technical or customer support.  How do I get a human.
