DMCA Notice

This morning, I received an email containing a DMCA notice from XFinity. After reading the email I have deleted the file in question, alongside the app used to download it, as instructed in the email.

Now that I have done this, are there any more steps that I need to take to take in order to remain in good standing?

Hey there, and good morning! Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention through our Forums, and thank you for your patience while awaiting our response. I understand that you received that DMCA notice, and I can totally imagine the concern!

 

Our folks over in the Customer Security Assurance team would be able to review this further, and provide you with any other steps that might need to be taken, although, I believe everything should be good to go, I've attached their contact information below!
