DM assistance

There is no DM option. I need to contact someone to try to have an issue resolved. I mailed a letter but I want to send an email and not post it on the forum.

@user_efb0vd, thanks for taking the time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page. I'd like to do everything I can to help. What did you need assistance with?

Ok well I will write what I wrote in the letter just not transcript and the email confirmation.

To whom it may concern,

I do not feel I am responsible for the bill of xxx.xx. There are 2 reasons I feel this way.

1.) Is because I revised my account hold on 12/16 before it was to expire on 12/19. Your system allowed me to extend it to 3/14/26. If I was ineligible then why wasn’t there blackout dates until I was. There were blackout dates after the 14th so that seems to be an issue with your system.

2.) Is because your customer service for 2 1/2 months said the problem would be resolved which it was not. And I was also told that my cable would not be suspended for non payment. Which it was on March 8th.

By the way, the ticket still isn’t closed or at least I haven’t received an email or text that it was.

And for being a “valued” customer for 40 years this is not how I feel a customer of any length should be treated.

Above is the letter I sent minus the transcript and the confirmation.

Thanks for clarifying, @user_efb0vd. I'd like to do everything I can to assist with your billing concern. Please send a direct message including your full name and service address, and we can get started anytime.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

  1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.
  2. Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
  3. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
  4. In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
  5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  6. An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
  7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
  8. Press Enter to send it.

Could you try using a different web-browser, user_efb0vd?
