Divorcing, setting up new account but login still takes to old one
My wife, soon to be ex, has me on manager to her existing account. Tried to create new one today but turned out that even though order went through, logging in still takes me to old one. What can I do?

I understand the confusion, @user_xzbwet especially when you're listed as a Manager on another account and have recently created your own account. You may need to unlink the accounts so that your Xfinity ID is no longer associated with your wife's account. Once unlinked, you should be able to access your new account independently.
Here are the steps:
Sign in with the Xfinity ID associated with the account you want to remove.
Go to Account and Identity.
Select Xfinity ID and Security.
Scroll down to Your Accounts and select Manage and Link Accounts.
Locate the account you want to remove and select Unlink.
Before unlinking, make sure there are no pending payments or Auto Pay settings tied to the account you're removing.
