Disrespectful Representatives
Two representatives of Xfinity made a visit at my apartment complex today. They seemed happy to speak with many of the residents about Xfinity’s service. They were particularly cordial to the white residents of the complex. Unfortunately, they did not extend the same courtesy to my wife, who is black. My wife walked by three times throughout the morning. Each time, she found the reps hastily looked down at their phones and turned their backs to her rather than extend the same quality of service they granted to other customers. My wife and I are both fuming, and are both disgusted at this behavior and at Xfinity for employing such disrespectful representatives. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to find a place to submit a detailed complaint, so I’ve come here. Is there a direct line to raise this issue with Xfinity and provide greater detail on the complaint? I hope Xfinity is a company that will take this kind of thing seriously. Otherwise I’ll have to cancel my service and advise anyone I can to avoid the company in the future.
