Disrespected
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the conduct of a manager named Bret at your Xfinity store located in River Park in Fresno, CA.
During my recent visit to the store, I was met with behavior that I felt was unprofessional and dismissive. Bret displayed a rude attitude, showed no concern for my issue, and made no effort to assist or engage in resolving the matter. Throughout our interaction, he repeatedly responded with “mhmm” noises while I was speaking, rather than communicating respectfully or offering support. His demeanor reflected a lack of customer service, interest, or willingness to help.
This experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated, and I believe it does not reflect the standards Xfinity promotes for its customers.
I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that appropriate action be taken to address this behavior. I would also appreciate confirmation that my complaint has been received.
