Disputing Comcast's determination of no conflict with cable location

I need to have some landscape work done. I have made three requests through 811 for Comcast to mark the location of the underground cable leading from the junction box to my house (there is no overhead cable). The line I know is very close to where the work will be done, but each time, within a minute, we receive a response saying Comcast has determined there is no conflict.

Comcast simply has no way of knowing that, and I know the cable is close to the work area. I need it marked. What recourse do I have?
