Disney plus

Disney plus is on my bill I’m paying for it. All payments are up to date but when I try to log in it says there was a payment issue.

Hello @user_9b1qbk! I had the same error message come up last night but I had exited out of the app and then logged back in and I haven't received that error since. Are you able to do this for me?

It on my tv I unplugged it and Disney plus started to work but Hulu still has error message about payment

Can you tell me the full error message?

On hold oops looks like we need updated card information as there was a problem charging your card. 

The problem is I pay thru xfinity and all my payments are up to date

I am having this same problem as well.  I restarted our cable box also, thinking that might be part of it?  Didn't help.  We can still access Disney and ESPN+ but we aren't able to access Hulu

I am experiencing this same issue. I got the email from Comcast that I was billed, yet the payment shows that it failed in disney plus and I have lost all access to hulu, disney+ and ESPN+. I look on the disney + website and it shows a failed payment, yet it was charged by Comcast.
