Disney plus subscription

I was able to active my Disney plus in March and now all of a sudden it says I’m unsubscribed and not even customer service can help me reactivate it! This is what shows up in my subscription feed. I am able to click on peacock but not Disney plus.

Thanks for reaching out to us, I do apologize for any inconvenience, did you make sure you're logging in with the same e-mail address that you activated the subscription with? Or check a different e-mail that you may have changed your subscription too and then go into Disney plus and log in and see if you're able to access your subscription?

Any solution?  I have a similar situation, on my subscriptions page it is blank under the status heading and the Disney+ and Hulu section.  I have not been able to even activate the Disney+ and Hulu services included with my Internet Plan.

I am having the same issue. I've been told three different stories of what's wrong and why this isn't working. Now I am being told it's never been a bug, but since they are renewing their contract, it hasn't been working at all. I've been on four different text chats over the course of the month, two different phone calls. They were all blaming Disney, so I got on the phone with Disney, called Xfinity, found out that it was on Xfinity's fault and that it's a bug and nothing can be done, and hung up on us. Disney was nice enough to give me a month since they knew I was a customer and were more than kind. I was told to wait until this date, that it would be fixed or more would be done, but nothing has been done or changed. This is not okay. We are buying services, and we expect what we are supposed to get. I was offered a credit of 10$ that isn't enough for Disney or Hulu, and it's embarrassing that I have to spend my time getting what I am already paying for. If this were the other way, I would be penalized and charged, and there is nothing I could do about it.

user_04l8d0 Thank you for reaching out, and letting us know that you're having the same issues. Do you happen to know if a ticket has been opened for you to have your activation concern investigated?

I've been told twice that I have tickets, and I was just on chat right now, and I asked for a ticket to be made, and I was assured it was. Kind of crazy the ticket wasn't made a month ago when I first reached out, being told it was a bug. I'm also hoping a national ticket has been made since the contract signing caused national issues.

Good Luck.
