Disney plus and Hulu bundle

Hello, i recently switched to the new bundle plan and im even paying the extra $7 for the premium services and i have not been able to activate my new services. I’ve tried customer service number I’ve tried IT and I even went in store and the person who helped me literally said “i don’t what to tell you”
