Disney plus and Hulu bundle

Hello, i recently switched to the new bundle plan and im even paying the extra $7 for the premium services and i have not been able to activate my new services. I’ve tried customer service number I’ve tried IT and I even went in store and the person who helped me literally said “i don’t what to tell you”

Yes it is I switched to the 1000g with the bundle deal

Congrats! There was a previous known issue however, this should be resolved. Did you receive the confirmation email?  (this is an activation link) 

 

If you have not or this is were you are running into issues, please send us a direct message: 

 

  • Make sure you are signed in here in the Xfinity Forum. Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it

Yes the link is not working it will let me press the activation button and it is not activating
