Disney Plus Ads

I’m subscribed to Disney+ Premium ad-free service, been paying for ad free service, and I’m still seeing ads. I’ve talk to Disney and they said it’s on Xfinity’s end. I get on the chat with Xfinity in whatever country they’re located in. They tell me that they’ve fixed and here we are a week later and there’s still ads everywhere. What’s the deal, Xfinity? I’m paying you extra for ad free service
