Disney+ no ads

My disney plus subscription still has ads, but I've already been paying for the add free. Now I can't even find the subscription for it on my account to see if it says its is active. But it says add free on the past two billing statements.

Firstly, have you attempted to sign out of the app since upgrading to the ad free version, then signing back in?
