Disney+ App Won't Open

I'm getting error code 04154 when I try to open the Disney+ App. I have restarted my TV box. How do I fix this?

Hi there, user_yv7la9! Thanks for reaching out for further assistance with Disney+. We will get to the bottom of this and appreciate you restarting the TV box. I checked but am not seeing this as a known issue so we will further troubleshoot.

I like to try to clear the locally stored data, restart the TV box, then try to access the app again, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-clear-cookies-and-local-data-storage. This does the trick most times if the restart and system refresh have not worked. You will need to know your login information for the apps you as it will clear the stored logins.

Are you noticing problems with any other apps (if you have tried any)? 

Do you see any letters with the error number such as TVAPPS, XRE, or RDK? 

Did this issue just begin today (that you know of)?
