Disney+ and hulu bundle subscription

The button to activate my Disney+ and hulu bundle has not been there since I upgraded my Internet on May 16th that includes this bundle. Also, I never received an email to activate either and I checked on hulu account to see if it was already activated l, but it is not.

@XfinityJohnG​ no it just shows the subscription, but doesn't say active or have a activation button
