Dishonest Sales Representative
Called to see what could be done to reduce my monthly bill and sales rep stated that she can get me everything that I had and she was able to reduce my monthly cost from $287 to $245 with everything being the same. However, she turned off two of my boxes and I had to call back to get them turned back on and charge me the extra $20. Nice way to treat a loyal customer that always pays.
