Disgusting service
I just left an entire review and in the middle of me selecting tags it just refreshed the page and erased everything I said. It just proves my point, Xfinity is a joke and they're full of liars. They delete transcripts and refuse to share them with you, if you don't take screenshots, then you're at The mercy of whatever agent you're talking to. Disgusting, abhorrent and deceitful practices. Do yourself a favor and go get Verizon, it costs more but you don't have to deal with this.
