discrepancy in bill

I switched from Verizon to Xfinity TV, Cable and Internet in September with a 2 year contract that promised no increases, yet I just received my bill which shows a $10 increase.

In my estimation this is a bait and switch tactic.  You are not delivering what was promised in a signed contract.  I was told my bill would not go up - Please advise.

Hello, @user_5csbsv! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I know it can be surprising to see changes in your billing while on a promotion. The promotion/agreement that you enter does cover the cost of the services themselves (Internet, video) but does not apply to equipment, taxes, or fees. If you'd like for us to see what exactly changed on the account we can certainly look into this. Feel free to click the Direct Message icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat, and provide us with your first/last name and full address so we may further assist you.
