Good evening. Do you provide discounted rates for cable/internet for people with disabilities? Thank you.

That is an excellent question and I appreciate you interest in our awesome services. We offer our Internet Essential Internet Program for only  $9.95/month + tax with no contract and free equipment to individuals that qualify for programs like the National School Lunch Program, housing assistance, Medicaid, SNAP, SSI, Federal Pell Grant, and others. The other program that is available is the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), which provides eligible households a credit of up to $30/month towards your Internet and mobile services. there is the possibility that you can apply the ACP discount towards the Internet essential program as well. Do you provide a discount for cable television to disabled customer's? Not internet and phone. Thank You.

We do not have a program for reduced cable service. Here is a link: https://www.xfinity.com/learn/offers with our current promotions if you wanted to take a look. If you did get internet services you could use the services to stream TV subscriptions like like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO and Showtime etc if that is an option for you.
