Discount for Bank Pay - NOT TRUE
Per website when I enrolled; it read that customers would get a discount for Paperless and AutoBank Pay - Appears that is a false statement.
From what I was just told It is only for new customers since I have paid 2 payments since enrolling and have not received the discount.
So it appears that you are only saving comcast expenses with no incident to the customer.

What plans are you on? Some older plans do not qualify.

That discount doesn't hit until the 3rd billing or 45 days.
