DIscount change and Renew my offer
I found my charge for May was raised as the automatic payment and paperless setting discount was reduced from 10 to 2. Also, my 1-year contract with the promotional discount is ending soon, and I'd like to renew at the same rate or something close to it.

Please know that our Autopay Discount has recently changed. It is now $10 for payments made directly from a checking or savings bank account, or $2 for payments made from a credit or debit card. This information was communicated on your billing statement before the change went into effect. Please follow this link for more information.
