disconnecting service

I need my service disconnected and my bill forwarded to my new address unless you have Xfinity in Florida Homosassa is where I live now

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
