Disconnecting All Services

This has been THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER in my 41 years, the absolute worse. Went in to return equipment shipped that didn’t even order and was sold mobile services with lots of perks. I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be satisfying and I was 100% correct. Some way some how a phone I don’t own was added to my account upon switching services and bringing my own device and they can’t seem to remove it. Several calls made, several tickets opened and not one person even follows up regarding the tickets. I’ve spoken with over 20 representatives, today alone made 7 calls. They claiming tickets are being created and just as fast as they open, they close, 7 total not one follow up. I’m just a sitting duck at this point, not one bit of assistance. Every day for the last 12 days I’ve had to wake and have my mood all shuttered seeking answers. Today, I’m done so I thought. Now, my username has been changed, I had to retrieve the new username created by a mysterious person to find out a 1 was added to the username I created and now I have to visit the store again to verify my identity due to the incompetence of several agents. I wouldn’t give this company two Pennie’s and for the service I’ve received over the past week and a half I’m leaving the company, disconnecting all services.

I don’t even any trust this will resolve my issue. I’ve just explained my issue in great depth. Why do I need to write it somewhere else? I respectfully decline.
