disconnected ..

For 2 weeks i tried my hardest to set my bill up on a payment arrangement, it’s extremely high and i feel like all i do is pay on it. Well i work from home as an internet specialist and i have to have my services. I was out of work for a little bit due to breaking the transverse process at my L3 lumbar . Money is tight and bills are behind, so i was looking for help; i had  hoped. But no way ;not from them! So yesterday it’s disconnected, i was gave the word from my manager they could give me one day of pto to get my problem fixed; otherwise they don’t need me . A year or so ago i had to use the NOW internet to help me till i got my bill paid off. So, this morning i messaged one of those not very helpful folks at the xfinity chat assistant to be told no, absolutely not allowed to even have prepaid till i pay my bill off? Really? That’s horrible to not allow a customer to order prepaid services while trying to get a huge bill paid off! Harshit was his name and he was of no help and kinda rude. I asked to be connected to someone within the usa or anyone else that was higher ranked to assist me with prepaid services. But i was told no one else could do anymore than he, as he had the same power as every other rep. Pay my bill or be without a job! Wow!! so i have no net, live in a small town and i am over xfinity and their rude, useless, foreign reps. They are of no help whatsoever! I ordered Fiber internet as i was left with no other options ! i hate to deal with someone at my house to install, i hate to lose my movies with xfinity i hate to change but apparently they don’t need customers ! I wish you all the best of luck! Do not get hurt, do not get behind and please don’t try to help yourself by taking prepaid and arranging a payment plan to pay an overdue balance… cause they won’t help you !Do not send my bill to collections because i feel like i m1ade every effort  to render that situation !am outta here folks! Best wishes .

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hi there.  Thank you so much for your feedback.  It is truly appreciated.  I sure wish we were able to come up with a better solution.  Unfortunately, a payment must be made before we're able to resort service or start those new service for you.

so you need me to make the entire $400, in order to get Now prepaid services so i can work to get the bill paid? @ Demetris? I already have the co op scheduled to install thursday both internet and tv.  I hate to see you all lose another loyal customer. But sometimes you have to help folks, it’s a bad economy and ppl get down on their luck . The electric company works with their customers, my bank has helped me with my car loans and mortgage . The only bill i have were no one wants to even give an inch is with xfinity… very poor customer standards and care. I am glad you answered this for everyone that has services with the company to see but i can no longer pay those large prices . I was willing to set up auto payments on that overdue per weekly drafts to get it paid off while using prepaid to continue to be able to work. Also, please remove that xfinity mobile. I have tried multiple attempts to get a foreign rep to u destined, the service isn’t working i have verizon on my phones and apple watches xfinity never could activate my iphone or my watch. but they wouldn’t cancel the services ….
