Disconnected new service for no reason

I want to know how you can activate new service and send in the boxes and stuff and have it all activated for less than a month send them a bill for $80 some dollars and then turn around and shut their service off before the bill is even due and say they owe a $380 bill at some other address that they've never lived in if somebody can answer this question for me and answer it correctly then I might not Sue but I'm actually getting a lawyer on this case and I'm going to sue you guys because you're well I say lack of communication and false advertisement I am sick of you guys you've done this more than once to me and as far as I'm concerned I can't wait until the lawsuit happens cuz I will win

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
