Disconnected from LIve Agent chat (and now can't access chat at all)

I was chatting with an agent and disconnected from the chat right when they were about to give me an ID for the chat. Now I cant re-access the chat, and when I try to get on a chat with an agent I get the message that I already have a chat in progress, with no mechanism for getting back to that chat.

I've seen other posts that say to DM support on this forum, but not only is there no option to do that, the links they include dead-end.
