Disconnect xfinity voice

Should not be this difficult.  Can't get a human to do what I want.  Disconnect my line, we do not use it.  Anyone have a suggestion?

Disconnecting your Xfinity Voice line may not be an easy task. The majority of our customers have their Xfinity Voice service bundled together with all other services. If this is the case in order to remove Xfinity Voice, a full service repackage would be needed into to the plans we have today. To send a "Direct Message" message:

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
