Disconnect TV

I just want internet,  I'm  tired of being told l will pay this amount if I do this and then when I get my monthly  bill it something  else. My bill right now jump from 46.00 to 276.55. I know I owe for a Technician  coming out which is 100.00 and my monthly bill which should be no more then 47.00 so when my bill comes due that's all I'm  paying
