Disconnect Peacock from Xfinity account
This is becoming a sad tale...
All I want to do is to disconnect Peacock from my old legacy Xfinity account so I can re-subscribe to Peacock and directly pay for the service. Both companies are owned by the same parent, it should be simple (you'd think)
After having multiple issues getting thru to a live tech, getting dropped, escalating, being assured that Peacock was removed from XFINITY and even given a confirmation number, I went to Peacock today to attempt to resubscribe - and it's still insisting that my account is managed by XFINITY. So I checked back in with support at Peacock and was *again* referred to Xfinity since "due to privacy and security" they cannot help me.
I'm now 4 days into this, I've talked to 4 different offshore 'help' personnel who were all very pleasant but apparently at the end of the day not particularly helpful.
Looking for thoughts, or at least if someone is monitoring this to perhaps get a callback.
