DISCONNECT HELP

I have been trying to get on an installment plan for 4 months after my layoff, no one ever reached out to me, I was given the run around and no help, now my service is disconnected and after a day told it’s in collections

Hi there, @user_a2iln1 I'm sorry to hear about your layoff, I hope you land on your feet quickly! I do apologize, you have not received a callback regarding setting up a Installment plan. To set up an Xfinity installment plan or you would need to contact our Customer service at 1-800-Xfinity to get that set up for you.-Richard

I have been all around this and customer service is no help, they said go on line but with instructions I was never given a message to apply, NO ONE HAVE BEEN HELPFUL, they tell me that they can’t do it , I have to go the store and MAYBE they can help me

Oh no, @user_a2iln1 I'm very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you. Have you tried going through the Xfinity Assistant? I really wish I could help you and get you set up for the installment plan on this forum.-Richard
