Disaster forbearance requesting

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request disaster forbearance for my upcoming bill due to the recent hurricane, flood, that has significantly impacted my financial situation.

 

The disaster has affected me a lot , such as damage to property, loss of income. As a result, I am currently facing financial hardship and am unable to meet the upcoming payment.

We are able to take care of any time you were without services due to the storm but currently no forbearance options. We can check to make sure you can take advantage of any options we have to help.
