Disappointment Over Loss of NFL Network & RedZone — Considering Leaving Xfinity

I’ve been a loyal customer of for years, largely because of access to NFL Network and RedZone. Losing those channels is extremely disappointing and makes me question the value of staying.

This is a big part of why I’ve continued paying for your service, and without it, I’m seriously considering exploring other providers that offer what I actually watch. Xfinity should be doing more to keep their customers happy, especially when it comes to key channels like these.

I’m undecided whether to wait and see if this gets resolved, but it may be time for me to move on.

Thanks for reaching out about NFL programming. The agreement to carry NFL Network expired, so it’s no longer available with Xfinity. This includes NFL RedZone and any related Xfinity Stream and On Demand programming.

 

Please know Comcast pays programmers to bring you the entertainment you love, and, so far, Disney/ESPN has not proposed a deal that Comcast believes is fair for its customers. Comcast continues to work toward bringing back this programming, but only with fair pricing, terms, and conditions for its customers.

I agree 100%.   I’m heading to Fios if they can’t figure this thing out soon.   NFL Net and RedZobe are the two primary reasons I even have Xfinity.  Without them, I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

I agree, this is a disgrace. I pay over $200 a month and you guys take away some of the best channel. I will be leaving Comcast now, I am sick of your greedy games

I agree.  We are paying a lot for xfinity services and the NFL Network is one of the parts of the package I want.  May have to move to a carrier that has this service

The sports package is why I have cable NFL NETWORK and RedZone is the biggest reason. I'm tired of us the paying customers getting caught in the middle of billionaires fussing over billions. Just remember, The SUBSCRIBERS, Customers are the reason y'all are billionaires.  Congress doesn't hold the purse. WE DO! FIGURE IT OUT

I am getting sick and tired of paying 350 a month for service where they just delete and delete and delete service and provide nothing but their own trash worthless stations. Xfinity is garbage and the most overpriced scam in the country.

After seeing everyone else's comments, it looks like I'll be leaving over to AT&T Uverse or Direct TV or YouTube. Seems Xfinity doesn't care about us long time loyal customers. All they do is blame NFL Network and don't take accountability in trying to keep their customers!
