Disappointment in Comcast since not being able to watch Chicago sports

It is very discouraging to pay hundreds of dollars a month for "the best service" and have no access to Chicago Cubs or Sox games. And don't tell me I can access it by purchasing a more expensive package. We cant even afford what we currently have. Sports used to be for the common man - the blu collar worker who could come home and relax after a long day of work. No it is only for the wealthy and elite. So so sad. "There are so many older seniors that live to watch the games and are not able to and it is just heartbreaking to hear them and not understand".

This is ridiculous and needs to be figured out or you will have 3 more accounts that will be canceling our subscriptions too

user_2w53wk, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I completely understand how frustrating and discouraging this situation is, especially when it affects something as meaningful as being able to watch your favorite teams. We truly apologize for the impact these channel changes have had. Programming availability and pricing are determined by broadcast agreements that are outside of our direct control, but we recognize how important affordable access is for our customers and their families. We value your loyalty and would appreciate the opportunity to review your account to see if there are any options or adjustments that may better fit your needs. Would you like me to take a look into your account to assist further?
