Disappointing Experience
April 24, 2026 – Sharing my experience
I was interested in purchasing a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, 512 GB, and a Google Pixel Watch 4, 44mm. I logged into my Xfinity account and scheduled an appointment at the Truist Park/Smyrna, GA location.
During the appointment setup, I was prompted to enter the details of the phone and watch I wanted to trade in, which I completed. However, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was told that the store could not see the notes I entered, so I had to repeat everything.
To make the experience even more frustrating, I then learned that none of the items I wanted to purchase were available in-store.
Because of this, I decided to purchase directly from Google and manage the upgrade myself. I am also reconsidering whether I want to remain with Xfinity.
I wasted 2.5 hours of my time, plus gas, for an appointment that did not accomplish anything. This was a very disappointing experience.
