Disappointed
As an almost 10+year customer of Xfinity, I have to say that I am terribly disappointed/frustrated with the customer service that Xfinity is currently offering. It is impossible to talk to a real human with the new automated system. Just spent over 2 hrs chatting with an agent who could not help. Is there a way to email comcast customer support directly?
