Disappointed

As an almost 10+year customer of Xfinity, I have to say that I am terribly disappointed/frustrated with the customer service that Xfinity is currently offering. It is impossible to talk to a real human with the new automated system. Just spent over 2 hrs chatting with an agent  who could not help. Is there a way to email comcast customer support directly?

I had signed a 2 year contract where I was guaranteed a certain price/month for internet service. One year into the contract, Xfinity has raised the price by $20 indicating some discount has expired. This was not communicated to me when I signed the 2 yr contract. Trying to reach someone to see what my options are

I would not be happy if my total discounts weren't explained,  I'll be happy to look into this for you to see what options we have to find to a price plan that fits your budget for the services you love and need.  Go ahead and send me a direct message
